Dr. Ir. Mohammad Hamsal, MSE, MQM, MBA
Indonesian citizen, born in Palembang on August 4, 1961.
Mr Dr. Ir. Mohammad Hamsal has been appointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner for the first term of office period based on the Resolution of the Annual GMS of August 28, 2020. Currently, he has also been active as a financial and business strategy advisor and an independent consultant.
He earned his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), then obtained three Master's degrees, namely: Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering (MSE) and Master on Engineering in Quality Management (MQM) from RMIT University, and an MBA from Victoria University, Australia. The Doctorate degree was obtained from the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Indonesia in the field of strategic management with Cum Laude graduates.
He has provided various workshop, training, and consulting services in the field of implementing business practices in business strategy, technology management and industry, as well as improving service quality and productivity to government and private companies such as Toyota, Daihatsu, Isuzu, Honda, Peageot, BMW, Komatsu, Ministry of Finance, Financial Audit Board, Bank Ekonomi, Bank Royal, Rabobank, Mandiri, BNI, Pertamina, MRT Jakarta, Telkom Indonesia, Inalum, Krakatau Steel, Semen Indonesia, KARS, and Barata Indonesia. Now serves as Senior Adisor in PT VaRiskindo
