Change of Audit Committee

The Board of Commissioners of PT GEMA GRAHASARANA Tbk hereby establishes the following Audit Committee composition:
1. Mr. Eko Suhartanto, Ph.D., as Chairman of the Audit Committee
2. Mr. Yonathan Augustine, as Member of the Audit Committee
3. Mr. James Alwin Widjaja, as Member of the Audit Committee
This Decree is effective as of the date of its stipulation and will expire following the term of office of the Board of Commissioners as stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association.
